My husband has serious illnesses called dermatillomania and trichotillomania. His skin problem has ruined 90 percent of his skin and his emotional wellbeing. I am determined to keep my family intact with a marriage not functional in terms of physical intimacy. As a Catholic, what are the tips for me to shoulder my cross my marriage easier? That is to maintain chastity, I am middle age, in my situation?

程神父你好，媽媽是虔誠的天主教徒，早晚會祈禱，每個主日都會參與彌撒，對天主全心的愛與交托，為我是一個很好的模範。但我不是一個教徒，雖然從小媽媽會帶同我一起去彌撒，但她並沒有為我安排嬰兒領洗，她希望我從心出發決定自己的信仰。 於我，我相信唯一的天主的存在，但我相信自己多於對天主的愛與信任，我並沒有信心可以做到像媽媽那樣，所以一直以來從不考慮領洗，與其做一個名不符實的基督徒，那我還是不要做好了。 但最近媽媽的突然離世，讓我驚覺不是所有事情是人可以掌控的，更擔心死後不能與媽媽在天國重聚，所以我報讀了慕道班。為着這個原因領洗，天主會接納我嗎？就算領洗後，我也沒有信心做到像媽媽那樣虔誠的教徒，於我這給予我很大的壓力，也讓我猶豫這樣懷着目的的信仰是否正確？

想鼓勵你不必擔心自己能否做到。基督徒是與主共行，與眾教友同前進的。耶穌許多的故事中，都是召叫罪人、微小者、弱小者的。祂多次說不是智者和有學識的能進入天國，而是小孩嬰兒，如羔羊般的無名仕才進入天國（見路加福音10章）。

神父，教友除了大病外，星期日都務必參與彌撒。那麼，如果去了沒天主教的地方旅遊或因為跟團，未必方便參與彌撒，那怎麼說呢?其實好的選擇，是否應該避免去沒天主教的地方或不要選遇到星期天的做法呢?

外出旅遊，的確有些難度去參與主日彌撒。不過，如果我們先前做點功課，有今天的GPS，很多我們以為沒彌撒的地方，原來附近就有。我們可能只需主日早點起床，或週六晚放棄一些活動去提前彌撒，就可做到。加上世界很多地方都有類同Uber的服務，遠一點也不大問題。

神父你好，我是位天主教徒，雖然我不算是很虔誠，但時常覺得要守誡命。我從小在完整家庭長大，可是父母感情不好，常常在我面前吵架、冷戰，令我對感情關係沒信心，很怕被男人有目的地接近然後拋棄。身邊都不少追求者，也有自己心儀的，但感覺他們常常測試我的底線，我還是堅守誡命，但對他們很失望，也令我懷疑自己是否太守舊，堅拒婚前性行為，還覺得是件很髒的事。既然我從小在表面完整但內裏破碎的家庭長大，內心已經充滿傷口、為什麼天主還要我經歷多次不成功的關係，令我再次受傷？神父求你幫幫我。

The Church believes that a marriage must contain four essential elements, that it must be free consent of both parties, that their gift to each other is total, that they will be faithful to each other until death, and that they are open to life. Formal refusal to accept or practise one of them would make the marriage defective, and is considered grounds for annulment. If one or more parties refuse to agree to one of these elements before the marriage, the priest will not be allowed to marry them.
