平安，神父我想請問雙方都是教友，在教堂辦過婚姻彌撒而且還有一名兒子。這樣的狀況下另一方提出離婚，在什麼的狀況下教會才會批准婚姻無效呢？我知道教會不允許離婚只建議分居除非特殊原因。還有如果另一半已經有男伴友而且同居，在這樣的狀況下我知道是不允許領聖體，除非對方辦和好聖事，在於對方脫離關係才可以領受聖體是嗎？謝謝。
